Improved methodology for allocation of units of the supply and demand for transport services on the basis of quantitative identification with views of maritime trade: the coastal, inter-continental and global; and the size of the minimum ship party for each of the main types of cargo: single and containers; dry bulk carriers; dry bulk; oil and petroleum products in bulk, liquefied gas. Substantiates the main differences and conditions of marginal income and expenditure in the transport sector proved that the "external" costs of transportation can not be included in the cost of transport services, they are not directly participate in enhancing the consumer value of the goods when delivered to the place of consumption.
