Environmental conditions inside the park (climatic, edaphic, biotic factors) can consider the creation of this future city botanical garden. Tree and shrub planting in the park are mostly middle-planting trees with a predominance of small-leaved linden, oak usual, horse chestnut, different types of poplar, maple, birch and other species (including 17 species). The average diameter of these trees is in the range of 20-40 cm, height of trees to 20 m. The approximate number of trees - 213 trees and 75 shrubs. Preliminary examination dendroflora Park indicate that the trees are in good and satisfactory condition. Among the exotic (including exotic) species at the site registered Catalpa bignonioides, pirokantu, quince Japanese, Weigela, Tamarix, sorbariyu, Forsythia, dispute budleyu more.
