There virulent and non-virulent factors. Resistance lines and wheat varieties to the pathogen, that causes brown, yellow (Puccinia strii formis West.) and stem (Puccinia graminis Pers. f. sp. Tritici Erikss. etHenn.) rust, powdery mildew, hard(Tilletia caries (D.C) Tul. and flying (Ustilago tritici (Pers.) Jens.bunt, pirenoforoz (Pyrenophora tritici repentis Died). The efficiencyof Lr, Yr, Sr, Ut, Bt, Pm, Usn gene. The purpose of the work: determine the race composition and genotypic diversity of pathogens, that causes brown rust and mildew of wheat. There virulent and non-virulent to carriers of the different Lr and Pm genes. Identify lines andvarieties of wheatwith highresistant torust, bunt, powdery mildew and pirenoforoz. Identify Lr, Yr, Srut, Bt, Pm, Usn-genes and determine their effectiveness for selection. During the natural epiphytotics2014 of leaf rust in central part of Ukrainian steppeA total of 15 races of brown rustwere detected, of which 77 (75%) and 144 (6%) were most common. The most efficient resistance genes in the field plots of the lines were Lr 9, 19, 29, 42, 47, 50, 52, 56, 64 and line fito57/12, 153/12. Genes Lr24, 36, 46, 51, 53 also provided effective resistance in the Ukrainian steppe region (25-65%). Lines and varieties with genes LrВ, 2(а, в, с), 3 (а, bg, ka), 10, 11, 14-18, 20-23, 25, 28, 30, 32-35, 37, 38, 45, 54, 60, 63 showed varying degrees of sensitivity (45-98%) to pathogens. The line Lr 26 has average value of sensitivity and moderate resistance to low virulent pathogens (18%). Most of the clones patogens (70%) are virulent to line Lr 39. But this line is resistance. During the natural epiphytotics 2014 of mildew Blumeria graminis f. sp. Tritici in central part of Ukrainian steppe A total of 57 races of mildew were detected, of which1, 2, 4, 15, 27, 35, 44, 46, 51, 59, Мр 39 were most common. The most efficient resistance genes in the field plots of the lines were Pm-gens 4a+, 20, 37, Te1+Te2, Av1+Av2, 3a+ 3c+3f+ 5a+ 35, 3a+ 3c+ 3f+ 5a+25. A genetic carrier of them are: Khapli (Pm4a+), NC99 BGTAG11 (Pm37), Lastіvka Odeska (PmAv1+PmAv2), KS92 WGRC28 (Pm 20), NC96 BGTD3 (Pm3a+Pm3c+Pm3f+Pm5a+Pm35), NC96 BGTAS (Pm3a+Pm3c+Pm3f+Pm5a+Pm25), Fito57/12 (PmTe1+PmTe2), Fito 162/14(PmTe+PmTe2), Fito 59/13(PmAv+PmAv2). They can be used in wheat breeding as donors of resistances to mildew pathogen. During the natural epiphytotics 2014 of yellow rust (Puccinia strii formis), in central part of Ukrainian steppeThe most efficient resistance genes were Yr –gens3с, 5, 10, 15, 15, 9, 9+25, 25+32, 3b+4b, 4b. Genetic carrier of them can be used as donors of resistances to yellow rust pathogen. During the2011 – 2015 were studied the stability of 1305 collection samples and 18139 lines and varieties of wheat (from PBGI) to the types of pathogens: rust (brown, yellow, stem) and bunt (flying and solid), powdery mildew, fusarium and pirenoforoz. Samples were selected world wide (UK, Australia, Brazil, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Canada, China, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Turkey, Finland, France,Switzerland, Czech Republic, South Africa, Ukraine). They have known resistance genes: Lr, Yr, Sr, Bt, Pm, that may be used asdonors of resistances to pathogen. From 18,139 lines andvarieties of soft winter wheat and durum winter (breeding PBGI) were determined resistant pathogens to different diseases. The research results were transferred to breeders PBGI.The best ares of winter wheat fitoliniy of the Phytopathology & Entomology Department PbGI3/12, 42/12, 82/12, 83/12, 153/12, 62/12, 57/12, 519/12, 520/12, 280/13, 43/14, 66/14, 375/13, 387/13, 2/14, 15/14, 16/14, 66/14, 67/14, 96/14, 100/14, 176/14. They have agro up resistance to pathogens of rust species, solidbunt and powdery mildew.
