To improve technology of their seed production popup.stage_title Head Krut'ko Vasyl' Ivanovych, Registration Date 19-02-2016 Organization Plant breeding and genetics institute-National center of seed and cultivar investigation popup.description2 TObject of research - varieties, synthetic populations, selfed line and sunflower hybrids, based on them. The purpose of research - to create new self-pollinated lines and oleic sunflower hybrids with high productivity , with complex resistance to biotic and abiotic factors, adapted to growing in the steppe of Ukraine. Research methods: laboratory and field evaluation of vegetative raw material selection, testing of hybrids, statistical methods of analysis of experimental data. Theoretical and practical results. According to the results of field and laboratory research in 2011 - 2015 years have been alloted a new source material: the female lines based on a sterile cytoplasm with high general combining ability (78 itemes); the restored fertile lines, resistant to the main diseases with high general and specific combining ability (59 itemes.); the self-pollinated lines have high productivity, complex resistance to the broomrape and downy mildew, tolerant to the phomopsis, white and gray mold, adapted to growing in the steppe of Ukraine; have been produced the seeds on breeding sites of self-pollinated lines, and hybridization sites for new sunflower hybrids with elevated and high oleic acid content. Based on the information about the inheritance of the fatty acid composition of the oil in sunflower and modern methods of assessing the quality of oil produced promising new hybrid combinations for the conditions of steppe of Ukraine with complex resistance to broomrape and downy mildew tolerant to the phomopsis, white and gray mold, containing up to 85% oleic acid in the oil. Results of research are being introduced in agricultural production in Ukraine. In the State Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine have been entered hybrids - Cadet, Hector, Oreol, Solist, Skarb. In the State Veterinary and Phytosanitary Service of Ukraine were transferred oleic sunflower hybrids such as Arsenal (2013) and Tyasmin (2015.). Novelty – to create new self-pollinated lines and oleic sunflower hybrids with high productivity , with complex resistance to biotic and abiotic factors, adapted to growing in the steppe of Ukraine. Efficiency Introduction – it was been oleic sunflower hybrids - Oreol, Cadet , Gector, wich occupated more than 70 thousand hectares in production of sunflower in Ukraine. Scope (area) of using - food, medical, cosmetic industry and biorawmaterial for technical use. The estimated cost of the job according to the contract 2011 - 2015 years was - 2613.2 thousand. UAH. public and 1284.4 thousand. UAH. special funds. Product Description popup.authors Крутько Василь Іванович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
