Aim of study – to elaborate innovation technologies , including the modern DNA-procedures and adaptation breeding methods to produce maize hybrids (FAO 150-450) with genetic productivity potential 7 – 12 t/hа. Procedures – methods of inbred and population selection, DNA and statistical analysis. Results – for accounting period 10 hybrids were submitted to the state trials, including one hybrid with using of the DNA- technology. The 8 new hybrids were registered, that is a hybrid, created with using of the MAS-technology. In 2015 year 3 hybrids were submitted, including a hybrid of waxy-maize. The method of “DNA-forecasting model of the parent component selection for high productivity maize hybrids obtaining” was patented (Patent # 72116, 10.08.2012). The Plant Breeding Institute selection hybrids were sown on the 460 thousands hectares area for 2011 – 2015 years. In 2015 year the State Register included 27 maize hybrids, developed by the Plant Breeding end Genetics Institute.
