The purpose of the study; to create genetically identified initial material for molecular marking agronomic traits and its assessment by traditional methods. Research methods; phenological observations, genetic analysis, analysis of yield structure elements, artificial freezing , statistical methods. It was created a set of 81 recombinant-substituted on 5A chromosome lines of Mironovskaya 808 cultivar for marking QTL on frost resistance; estimated frost resistance in F7 RIL’s of Luzanovka odeska / Odeska czervonokoloca; revealed its widespread variation; shown low correlations of the trait for tillered plantlets between various years or between different dates of sampling within the year. It was created seven F2 populations; shown the possibility of their use for DNA-marking Vrd1, Vrd2, Vrd3, Ppd-A1A, Ppd-В1с genes and QTL of earliness per se; and created heterozygous ВС1F2 population for revealing and identification of resistant to rusts recombinants without secaline locus on 1BL.1RS translocation. Introduction to old cultivar genotypes (Kooperatorka, Odeska 3, Odeska 51, Stepnyak) Rht genes led to reducing plant height by the genes of Rht8c on 8 - 14 cm, Rht-В1е – 17 - 42 cm, and by combination of genes of Rht8c + Rht-В1е – 31 - 55 cm, Rht8c + Rht-B1b - 26 - 36 cm, Rht8c + Rht-D1b – 17 - 33 cm. At the same time, Rht8c gene or its combinations with Rht-В1е or Rht-D1b significantly increased grain yield, but Rht-В1е gene significantly reduced grain yield. Other Rht genes or their combinations didn’t influense this trait. Various alleles of Rht8, Rht-B1, Rht-D1 didn’t affect the duration of the period to heading. The practical effect is depended on searching new molecular markers and on the approbation of those that have already been detected in the initial material created on the basis of locally adapted genotypes.
