Goal of investigation – method of rice double haploid production development, studying of haploid winter bread wheat production ability and double haploid lines production through androgenesis in vitro. Studying of durum wheat varieties and hybrids haploid production ability. Methods – in vitro cultivation, statistical methods 431 double haploid lines of winter bread wheat were obtained through in vitro anther culture. It was shown that presence of 1RS.1ВL wheat-rye translocation in winter bread wheat genotype increased haploid production ability of microspores in in vitro anther culture. Morphogenetic potential of 25 rice hybrids F2 was tested in in vitro anther culture. Optimal rice head pretreatment length and sterilization conditions were established. It was shown that optimal induction media for rice anther culture wasN6 media with 1 mg/l NAA, 3 mg/l 2,4-D, 1 mg/l kinetin and 60 g/l sucrose and optimal regeneration media was MS media with 0,75 mg/l BAP, 0,25 mg/l kinetin, 0,25 mg/l NAA and 30 g/l maltose. In this conditions maximum numbers of green regenerated plants were obtained. 1391 green regenerated plants were produced through in vitro rice anther culture, 737 of them were successfully adopted in soil. Average percent of adaptation for 4 years was 63,6 ± 1,29 %. 121 double haploid rice line were obtained. Haploid production ability of 58 durum wheat genotypes was investigated.
