Purpose of investigations – study of DNA polymorphism genotypes of wheat in specific loci (genes) and creation of DNA- technology selection of genotypes with a specific set of alleles of semidwarfness (Rht), photoperiodic sensitivity (Ppd), genes responsible for duration of vernalization period (Vrd), Lr-resistance genes to leaf rust, properly to QTL alleles earliness per se, frost resistance, and by markers for genes determining quality characteristics of grain. Methods: extraction DNA, PCR, electrophoresis, statistical methods. The results of research: DNA technology selection of wheat genotypes with specific alleles set of semidwarfness (Rht8s, Rht8x, Rht-B1b, Rht-B1e, Rht-D1b), photoperiodic sensitivity (Ppd-D1, Ppd-B1, Ppd-A1), resistance to leaf rust (Lr21, Lr24, LrAmigo, Lr34), certain alleles of QTL associated with earliness and frost resistance, as well as translocation 1RS.1AL, 1RS.1BL and modified 1RS translocation chromosome was developed. Created and expanded database of allelic characteristics of varieties of winter wheat in the genes of semidwarfness, photoperiodic sensitivity, resistance to leaf rust and microsatellite loci QTL associated with frost resistance. For the first time identified genes alleles Ppd, Rht, Lr, QTL earliness and frost resistance in varieties and lines of wheat of Ukrainian, Russian and foreign selection.
