The models, methods and tools for solving problems of monitoring, storage and analysis of spatial-temporal data of different types and purposes have been developed. An approach to the definition of an sufficient volume of data, incompleteness and redundancy of data of DMSDS is proposed. This approach based on earlier developed by the authors the method and technology of checking of topological observability these systems on their model in the geoinformation space of parameters. The earlier developed by the authors the actual information systems, which are the sources of data for various applications related to monitoring, optimization and control, have been established or improved. By results of work embedded in the national economy of Ukraine (as well as the Republic of Moldova) the real database and GIS solutions for the tasks of monitoring, optimization and control have been created and improved.
