The object of study is the processes and technologies of the processing of environmentally hazardous industrial waste. Subject of research are the methods of chemical extraction and modification of highly toxic carbon disulfide from benzene fraction (hereinafter - BFS) of coke production with the formation of dithiocarbamates of some 3d-metals. Purpose of this work is improving the environmental safety of coke production by reacting carbon disulfide of BFS with products obtained by the reagent processing of some obsolete pesticides from the class of alkylammonium salts of aryl and alkylphenoxycarboxylic acids. Methods: organic synthesis, chromatography, atomic absorption spectroscopy. The practical significance of the results. It was developed the techniques of reagent processing of highly toxic industrial waste through their chemical interaction with the formation of valuable final compounds and thus a significant reduction in ecotoxicological risks is confirmed by numerical calculations. Possible ways and areas of the practical application of the researched technologies: -obtaining of additives for industrial oils; -obtaining of polymerization thermostabilizers of unsaturated compounds; -obtaining of rubber and rubber products; -obtaining of selective flotation agents; -obtaining of reagents for synthetic practice.
