The methods of the investigation: epidemiological, experimental, biochemical, molecular-genetic, clinical, clinic-laboratorial, statistic. The multifactor analysis of the indices was held; the mathematic model of the pathological processes in miners was made. The considerable impairments in genotype GSTM1 of the second phase of detoxification (40% - zero genotype) were revealed with molecular-genetic studies with the cells of buccal epithelium in the workers of steel-foundry. The mechanisms of disorders in stomatological state, connected to the impairment of cellular metabolism, adaptive-compensatory reactions, microbiocenosis were defined in workers of chemical industry; the preventive scheme of the correction of dental disorders was worked out. In women of 35-40 years old from rural area with high pesticide loading the multiple caries in 100% of cases goes simultaneous to osteopenia, considerable disorders in gens of the second phase of organism detoxification (71.5%), metabolism of osseous tissue (40-50%) and in anti-inflammatory cytokines (57%). The following hypothesis was suggested and confirmed: pesticides, getting bounded to proteins from the system of steroid hormones, cause the early decrease of estrogenic saturation of organism and disorders in osseous metabolism (60-70% - osteopenia). In the regions with the abnormal salt contents in table water the protective role of strontium salt and calcium-strontium correlation is shown in determination of risk of dental caries. In women with breast cancer the peculiarities of the dental state, clinical changes in oral mucous membrane, osseous metabolism, the level of biochemical markers of inflammation in oral liquid, adaptive-compensatory and functional reactions, general and local nonspecific resistance of organism were found. The experimental studies with animals at the simulation of various negative loading have proved the effectiveness of the elaborated therapeutic and preventive complexes, influencing the various protective systems of organism, prolonging the achieved positive result. The methods of the estimation of the stomatological state and prevention of stomatological diseases depending on the occupational hazards in mine, metallurgic and chemical industry, agricultural industry with high pesticide loading, in regions with salt impurity in table water, excess or insufficient concentration of fluorine in it, as well as at breast cancer in women, were substantiated, elaborated and introduce in practice of health protection system.
