The methods of the investigation: marketing, branch theories, innovative development theories, the elements of the theory of interest group, the methods of system, process and projective approaches. Displayed: the growth of the dependence on import in the field; the foreign experience of promotion of the native production was studied; the possibilities, potential of the replacement of imported production and innovative development of native producers were investigated; the dangers of deindustrialization of branch under the conditions of decreasing controlling role of the state were shown. The basic strategies and tactical methods, practical recommendations to native developers and producers of stomatological products on the choice of the sphere of production at high uncertainty and instability of political and economical processes in this country: the production of analogs of details, replacing imported ones, removable inserts of devices, accessorizes and additional module elements; the modernization of the base of special equipment of dentists and dental technicians; the production of the protective devices and contrivances (the means of personal protection and environmental protection in dentist's offices and dental technician's laboratories); the elaboration and production of relatively cheap (import-replacing) domestic materials-analogs, as the alternative ones to the imported materials, being in demand; the search, improvement and implementation of the materials, elaborated for other fields, into stomatological service are suggested. For the transition to the standards and regulations of the European Union the elaboration and concordance with the main members of single-step measures taking into consideration the transition period and with especial attention to the interests of the domestic producers to prevent the closure of native enterprises, because of the unconformity to regulations and standards of the European Union, which interfered the sale of native products even in Ukraine, is necessary. The practical value of the findings of the research consists in the application of the results in the activities of the subjects of the sphere of circulation of stomatological products in Ukraine.
