Subject of research - synthesis, physical and chemical properties of heterometal coordination compounds of 3d-metals with Shiff's bases. The aim is the synthesis, physical and chemical properties of coordination compounds of 3d-metals with N,N?-bis(salicylidene)semi- or thiosemicarbazide and possible areas of their practical use. Methods: organic synthesis, spectral, thermogravimetric and electric studies. The practical results: synthesized heterometal coordination compounds of 3d-metals based on salicylic anhydride of semi- or thiosemicarbazone have semi-conducting properties, and some of them are dielectrics and can be used in electronics and nuclear engineering. As well as these compounds are precursors for the obtaining of oxides of double perovskite structure..
