Purpose of work - the development of recommendations for using steels and alloys for production of fontain details fittings and pipe equipment operated under the action hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. Methods - weight-loss, electrochemical corrosion, corrosion mechanical, metallographic. Developed and manufactured in a laboratory autoclave for materials research in hydrogen sulfide environments at elevated pressures and temperatures and apparatus for the synthesis and dispensing of hydrogen sulfide. By t = 80°C by hydrogen sulfide partial pressure of 0.2...5 atm increases the rate of corrosion of steel 09Mn2Si model in seawater 3.7...10.0 times, and 120°C practically no influence on her. Under these conditions, steel hydrogenation is ~ 8.0 cm3 / dm2. Established that the 80 and 120°C for the partial pressure of hydrogen sulfide 1...5 atm practically no influence on the rate of corrosion of steel 08Cr18Ni10Ti in model seawater and contributes to a slight hydrogenation of (3.0...5.0 cm3 / dm2). The temperature increase hydrogen sulphide environment reduces the rate of corrosion of steels 09Mn2Si, 08Cr18Ni10Ti and their hydrogenation. The availability of carbon dioxide in hydrogen sulfide environment at 1 atm partial pressure and 80?C increases the rate of corrosion of steel 09Mn2Si in 3...6 times and 08Cr18Ni10Ti - in ~3 times in modeling seawater which is accompanied by the growth of hydrogenation of low alloy steel and decrease it for stainless steel. On the basis of surface blistering and cracking of tense samples recommendations on the use of steels in hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide environments at elevated pressures and temperatures.
