The aim of the project is optimization milling and sintering parameters of Nd16Fe73,9Zr2,1B8 alloy powders and studying of sintered magnet properties. Influence of milling terms and pressing pressure on a green sample texture, influence of terms of sintering by the HDDR route under low hydrogen pressure on anisotropy, phase content, and microstructure of magnets were investigated by means of differential thermal, X-ray phase, x-ray energy dispersive analyses, electron microscopy and by x-ray diffraction. The alloy was milled with a frequency 100, 200 and 300 rpm during 2-12 h. Powders were pressed by isostatically under 0.6-10 t/cm2 pressure. Powders with anisotropic particles and partially anisotropic green samples were obtained. Green samples' degree of texture decrease with increasing of pressing pressure. Powders are sintered at 715-800 °C temperature in hydrogen and at 950 °C under vacuum. Porosity is 1-2.6 %. Microstructures grain size depends on sintering temperatures on the DR stage: at 840 °C grain size equal 110-140 nm, and at 950 °C - 100-215 nm.
