It was determined changes in functional and in functional and organical stage of DCMP. The main symptoms of gastroesofageal reflux disease (GERD) in patients with diabetes are so as in patients without diabetes. At the same time out of esophageal manifestations of GERD find in patients with diabetes frequently then without it. Frequency and spreading of erosive strice in patients with diabetes and GERD really so as in patients without that diseases.
