The aim of our study was to correction of violations aimed at braking processes on the example of some chronic therapeutic diseases. The object of the study were 315 patients with coronary artery disease after myocardial infarction treated with standard therapy in accordance with the recommendations of the European Society of Cardiology and 135 patients with acute myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation on the stationary phase of treatment. We determined the activity of systemic inflammation and apolipoprotein levels change depending on the clinical features of the disease and analyzing the impact of statins on the dynamics of these indicators. Studied features of postinfarction left ventricular remodeling and changes in myocardial function in acute myocardial infarction, and the corrective influence of statins on these indicators. We also conducted an additional study of the effect of UDCA destination in addition to the basic lipid-lowering therapy, which included statins. And a study of the impact of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease on long-term prognosis in the presence of coronary artery disease after myocardial infarction setting other adverse factors for these diseases and functional clinical and laboratory data.
