There are also discussed questions of design and modeling of large tire. This tire model is constructed in the conditions of non-complete information about output data. The triangle function is chose as form of fuzzy input data. Numerical research of deformation and buckling of elastic circular cylindrical and closed conical shells with periodical in circumference direction strain-stress state conditioned by different nature is realized in ANSYS software. The research is focused on the effect of "static resonance". This effect consists in the increase of static lateral deformation of the shell and decrease of it limit load in a case of non-homogeneous SSS similar to the form of it first eigenvibration mode. There is also researched a strength, rigidity and strain-stress state of "bone-fixator plate" used at the osteosynthesis (compound artificial bone fragments) transverse fractures fibia bones, as well as the opening of high osteosynthesis corrective osteotomy of the tibia. An approximate method of solving of the differential equations 0f 12 partial-order used in mathematical theory ща transtropic not thin shallow shells. This method allows to determine the strain-stress state undergoing any transverse load. There also given the theoretical generalization and new solution of a scientific problem, that describes the distribution and localization of elastic waves in periodically inhomogeneous composite materials with imperfections. Asymptotic method of the averaging of higher order is developed and macroscopic wave equations describing the propagation of elastic waves and strain in layered fiber composite materials with the effect of nonlinearities (geometrical, physical, structural) and variance are obtained. Refined equation of the theory of isotropic and transversely isotropic beams and plates are constructed. New analytical methods for investigation of dynamic stability of these elements are given.
