Research methods include mathematical modeling, physical experiment, X-ray analysis, electron microscopy. The study of physical processes and conditions of a productive synthesis of nanocarbon is carried out. The method of producing nanocarbon coating of structural surfaces is proposed, and X-ray diffraction analysis of the obtained coating is carried out. The dependences of electric characteristics of the electric discharge under study (voltage, output power) with respect to the length of the interelectrode gap are obtained and they are linear. Specific voltage of the guaranteed breakdown is approximately equal to 2,000 V/mm, and in the mode of synthesis the specific voltage per unit length of the channel is approximately equal to 110 V/mm. It is shown that output power can be used as an information coordinate to determine the length of the interelectrode gap. As a result of electrodischarge treatment of the copper surface in the environment of hydrocarbons we obtained the coating which is resistant to organic solvents. The X-ray diffraction analysis of the treated surface (copper) carried out using the diffractometer DRON-3 did not reveal changes of the phase composition of the surface before and after treatment, but the resulting coating attenuates a reflected wave with a length of 0.154178 nm Product Description popup.authors Іскімжи А.І.
