The designs of planar and axial probes for magnetic field mapping in the environment of fusion reactors, particle accelerators and spacecraft have been developed in the course of this stage. The respective documentation has been created. Methods for precise positioning of the sensors and structural components of magnetic probes using the laser beam techniques have been developed and implemented as well as ones for accuracy enhancement for magnetic field measurement by means of suppressing the parasite signals of sensors due to planar effect and residual voltage. The output signals of magnetic sensors were studied at strong magnetic field up to 14Тл and low temperatures down to 4.2К at the Laboratory for strong magnetic fields (Wroclaw, Poland). A series of experiments for radiation hardness of III-V materials and respective sensors up to high neutron fluences of 1019n·cm-2 with different energy spectra of neutrons in research reactors IBR-2 (JINR) and VVR-v (SpINF).5481 Product Description popup.authors Афанасьєв Д.М.
