The object of study - the community of aquatic micro- and macroorganisms in the coastal zone, including bacteria, fungi, flagellates, ciliates, microphytobenthos, microparasites, oligochaetes and crustaceans, molluscs and fish. Purpose - to define the relationship of unicellular and multicellular aquatic organisms in transition, or the ekotonik area of the Pontoazov biocycles situation, that is in the zone of interaction of land, sea and inland waters of the Azov-Black Sea region. The main areas of observation were the northwestern coast of the Black Sea, from Cape Sanzheyka (p. Bugovo) to the island Dzharylgach and the coast of the Azov Sea. The results are based on an analysis of the quantitative distribution of micro- and makoorganisms in area and in time. Also, the studies are based on original experiments conducted in the laboratory and field conditions. There were collected and analyzed 4063 samples and makes quantitative measurements 48135. The work is dedicated to the definition of the spatial distribution of organisms in the contact zone "shore--sea", the participation of micro and macro-organisms in the decomposition of storm emissions sand and rocky intertidal zone, which provides the link between aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems. In carrying out the work, together with the use of conventional methods of hydro-biological observations have been developed methods originalni laboratory and field experiments to determine the role of micro- and macroorganisms in the expansion of storm emissions of different nature. Execution threads provides for the development of indicators of unicellular and multicellular communities and their interaction, determine the horizontal and vertical distribution of boundaries ecotone in the coastal zone of the sea, the development of recommendations for monitoring, assessment of the current status and forecast of development of ecologically and economically important aquatic organisms. For the first time defined the role of quantitative emission storm in the community of supralittoral organisms . The role of the entomofauna and oligochaetes in the recycling of organic matter emissions. The data on the rate of decomposition of storm emissions of different nature. We have proposed indicators of the state of the anthropogenic load in the coastal zone, as well as the calculation model biofiltration function of bivalve molluscs in the purification of sea water by bacteria. Started monitoring to quantify the role of micro and macro-organisms in the decomposition of organic matter are the prospects for determining the quantitative relation of aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems, and the role of aquatic organisms in the formation of coastal sediments. Storm emissions, bioindication, edge effect, supralittoral sand, stones and aquatic organisms. Product Description popup.authors І.О. Говорін Б.Г. Александров В.В. Адобовський В.Г. Дядічко В.М.
