Aim of research - to assess the efficiency of home IVIG during immunotherapy in patients with LPN. Methods of research - clinical, morphological, immunological, immunochemical, biochemical, statistics. A general clinical research, as well as to determine the content of the main classes of immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM), and hemostatic parameters before the start of CT (baseline) to that before and after IVIG therapy (three patients with LPN). Patients with LPN identified a wide range of differences of initial content of the main indicators of class Ig in serum, as well as of hemostasis indices. According to preliminary data, the use of IVIG "Bioven-mono" ("Biopharma", Ukraine), at a dose of 0.2 g / kg increased levels of IgG in the serum of more than 2.0 mg / mL, and did not cause significant changes of hemostasis indices as compared with the data prior to immunotherapy. In addition, it was studed the content of main classes of immunoglobulins and purity degree of the home preparate "Bioven-mono" that to be used for immunotherapy of patients with LPN. It was found that the product contains different series ballast proteins, and elevated levels of IgA and IgM. Branch of application - medicine. Product Description popup.authors Бурнаєва С.В.
