Research Obekt is a potato, sort, fertilizers, seminal material, plants of in vitro, microbial preparations. Purpose of work - to perfect technology of growing of seminal potato by development of effective measures of increase of high quality and sowing qualities of tubers. Research methods are the field and laboratory experience, mathematical statistics. Results of researches - for the use of microbial preparations the increase of harvest of tubers made 1,9-2,6 t/ga accordingly, that is 13-18 % to the harvest on control -14,2 t/ga. Treatment of tubers of potato by preparation Biograin on a background N90R60K120 provided the increase of harvest in relation to a background 12,0 %, and from preparation of Polimiksobakterin 7 % to the harvest on a background fertilizers 23,9 t/ga. Application of biological preparations of Polimiksobakterin and Biograin for growing of the first tuberous reproduction in rolls and in the field terms instrumental in the increase to survive plantlets culture of sort of Tiras accordingly on 5,2-2,9%, and on 1,9% to 80,8% on control of sort of Tiras and on 3,8-2,7 % but on 0,9 % to the sort of Slovyanka to 83,9% on control. The use of microbial preparations also provided the increase of the productivity of sort of Slovyanka on 7-19 %, and to the sort of Tiras accordingly on 8-18 %.
