This ensures growth in net productivity of photosynthesis, plants biometrics (the average weight of the head, head diameter, the diameter of the rosette of leaves), the increase in the yield of marketable products of red cabbage 28.0-31.8 %, the content in the heads of the total sugars, ascorbic acid and folic acid, carotene. Using the systems of "'organic farming" of EM technology (tillage, seed, spray fertilization EM- preparation) already allows to increase the yield of marketable of red cabbage 16.3 % for lower nitrates in production and increase in the content of biologically active substances. Resource-fertilizer system of white cabbage (locally N60P60K45 the fed complex fertilizer Kristalon korichnevyyi) already provides a total yield at the level of 54.2-55.8 t/ha, the net profit 19.2 ths. UAH/ha, profitability - 76 %, a coefficient of bioenergy efficiency 7.04. This significantly increases the utilization rates of nutrients from mineral fertilizers (nitrogen and 87 %, phosphorus up to 53 %, of potassium up to 86 %). An alternative system of fertilizer of white cabbage, which already includes plowing straw N40, crop cultivation and plowing sowing green manure of wiki, making N60P60K45 and foliar feeding Kristalon korichnevyyi, already contributes to a deficit-free humus balance, improve the soil microbial activity, an increase in yield to 65.7 tons of cabbage/ha; has reduced the cost of production (491.41 UAH/t), increases the level of net income (23.8 ths.
