The main purpose of research - establish regularities and regulatory parameters of complex influence of various systems of fertilizer. There the aftereffect and irrigation on productivity vegetable and forage and vegetable crop rotations; quality of vegetable production; change of parameters of natural and effective fertility of soil and preserving the environment. The work was performed by carrying out field trials and laboratory and statistical analyzes. Introduction of organo-mineral system of fertilizer in irrigated vegetables, forage crop rotation already enhances of parameters fertility of the typical black soil. It is expressed in the growth of the humus content (4.35 %), increasing the amount of absorbed bases (31.5 mEq/100 g of soil), the content of mobile phosphorus (183 mg/kg) and exchangeable potassium (162 mg/kg). The combined use of organic and mineral fertilizers in different proportions already provides increased productivity of vegetable and forage crop rotation by increasing the yield of onion at 32-37 %, tomatoes at 40-44 %, cabbage at 46-52 %, table beet at 16 -42 % without affecting the quality of products. The aftereffect of organic and mineral fertilizers on 18-21-th year after their use does not have a significant impact on the nutrient status of the typical black soil and yield of vegetable plants.
