The regional reservoirs most transformed for today are northern part of Utljuksky liman and the majority of the small rivers of the Sea of Azov coast. It is shown, that fresh-water ecosystems of Northwest coast of the Sea of Azov serve as arena of dynamical processes of change of structure and a ratio of groups autochthonous faunae of molluscs. Also they are objects of recurring and supplying by alien species from others zoogeographic regions. Within the Azov-Black sea Basin among the ciliary Protists the greatest number of species belongs to euryhaline species with very wide range of tolerance. The group of species with maximum wide range of tolerance to the factor salinity is allocated. From 140 species distributed both in fresh and brackish-water reservoirs of Ukraine, only 38 have the certain ranges of tolerance to salinity. For 39 species the range of tolerance is determined approximately, and 63 species have a uncertain range of tolerance to the factor salinity. Modeling of ground beetle habitats (Coleoptera, Carabidae) had been formalized the approach to display of connection between factors of environment and populations of species which also can be used at the further forecasting. Modeling of species inhabitants of particularly stenotopic ones enables to establish the minimal volumes of reserve that capable to provide high-grade support of a natural level of a diversity of authentic flora and fauna.
