The purpose - improvement of scientific-methodical bases and development of suggestions for performance of innovative systems of production, handling, storage and sale of vegetable plants seeds. Results: Substantiate scientific-methodological basis and developed proposals for government support of manufacturers of vegetable and melon crops seeds in Ukraine. Improved methods of assessing the capacity of the seed market by introducing a system of indicators: the volume of internal production of seeds of a certain kind, the volume of imports, the production of marketable vegetables and medical standards of consumption of fresh vegetables for 1 person. To improve the efficiency of the industry seed production were calculated economic - mathematical optimization model of the zonal placement of the seed growing of vegetable and melon plants. Peculiarities in the pricing of vegetable and melon plants seeds developed and the prices of production, minimum allowable (15% ROI) and optimal sales prices (30% ROI), providing the expanded reproduction. Developed the model of the logistic association with participation of subjects of integration that ensures consistency of management and formation of partnerships and unites into a single network of small producers of seed companies, representatives of authorities and territorial communities, suppliers, Advisory centers, research institutions, logistics, financial institutions, educational institutions, information and consulting structure. This will allow to establish economic relations with consumers of vegetable products without dealer and to achieve stable functioning of the industry on an innovative basis. Developed standards costs of cultivation of seeds of major vegetable and melon crops by types (annual, biennial), classes and categories (basic, before basic, certified) with the use of domestic vehicles, namely 48 electronic technological maps. Developed Proposals for improving the functioning of the market of vegetable and melon plants seeds that went in: "The Concept of development of vegetable seed production plant in Ukraine on the basis of innovation up to 2020"; "Regional program for production of vegetable and melon crops seeds of the Kharkiv region for 2013-2020"; "Programme of production and sale of pre-certified seeds of vegetable and melon plants till 2020."; Research and production of the program "Seeds of Ukraine 2015-2020"; Sectoral program "Vegetables of Ukraine - 2020".
