The microwave properties of Mo (x) Re (1-x) films and combined structures Mo (x) Re (1-x) + Al in the temperature range 40-300 K and films Mo (x) Re (1-x) in the helium temperatures range were investigated. The conversion efficiency of microwave energy in Mo (x) Re (1-x) films and based on them heterostructures at the 3 cm wavelengths were investigate. It is shown that the volt-watt sensitivity of superconducting detectors based on Mo (x) Re (1-x) reaches 10-100 V / W, and the output power of the microwave generator based on Mo (x) Re (1-x) heterostructures is near to 1 pW.
