We have developed a generalized database of monitoring animal research in different natural zones, described animal species new both for science in general and for some regions of Ukraine in particular, studied the tendencies of invasive new species in relation to global environmental changes. We have adapted new model systems, generated new knowledge on biodiversity, co-adaptation and virulence of viruses, on evolutionary changes in the development of viral infections, as well as on base for selection of active phages. We have generated new knowledge about rare, vanishing and practically important species of plants and fungi (ex situ), new data on their taxonomy and strategy of adaptation to environmental conditions. We have obtained new data on induction and regulation of plant adaptive strategies under effect of biotic and abiotic stressors for biodiversity conservation. Here we propose integral object-orientated informative platforms of adaptation strategies for preservation of plant, animal and virus biota in conditions of global climate changes and transformed environment.
