The aim of the research is to develop mathematical models, relevant software and information complex (SIC) and the study of limits, terms and conditions of the use of wind and solar power plants in the United energy system of Ukraine. The study first developed a generalized mathematical model of the generation processes at the WPP and SPP in the IPS system with AFPC system where the generators-regulators, controllable load, or their combination. Developed the necessary software modules for the numerical calculation of mathematical models of functioning of the WPP and SPP plants in the IPS, which is integrated with the SIC "Frequency". Formed the raw data for the experiments with the model and formulated test tasks that are as close in line with the IPS of Ukraine. Limiting the volume of WPP and SPP, subject to the action of various types of controllers for the AFPC system. The characteristic dependence of conditions for the use of wind & solar power plants based on their technological characteristics and technological constraints of the regulators.
