Karazin popup.description2 The goal of this work is to create the celestial quasi-inertial reference system in the optical and near-infrared wavelength ranges by determination of positions and absolute proper motions of stars from 10 to 23 magnitudes and derivation of the optical coordinates of the Solar system bodies, comets and determination of their photometric parameters, the conditions for occultations and eclipses. During the reporting period the following results were received: 1. The database containing a few dozens catalogues and surveys was created using the postgreSQL server (more than 3 TB). Most programs were created on the C/C++ programming language for Windows and Linux OS users. 2. The reference catalogue of the extragalactic sources was created. The derived catalogue contains spherical coordinates of about 30 millions galaxies up to 20m covering practically all sky. 3/ The celestial quasi-inertial reference system in the optical and near infrared wavelength ranges was created. This reference system is realized using the new high-density catalogue (named XPM2), containing about 1 billion positions and proper motions of objects, derived at the Research institute of Astronomy of the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University from the data of all Schmidt surveys of the northern and southern celestial hemispheres, covering all sky, and does not give in to the space project GAIA on the number of stars. 4. The comparison of the derived XPM2 reference system with catalogues that extend the HCRF system to the faint magnitudes in particular with the UCAC-4, PPMXL catalogues was carried out. 5. In 2013-2015 years the positional observations of four comets with the AZT-7 and Baker-Schmidt telescopes equiped by Canon 350D camera were carried out. About 1500 positions in three filters (R, G, B) were derived. After processing observations carried out in 2011-2012 years more than 400 positions of three more comets were obtained. Light curves of 15 comets were investigated. Their derived photometric parameters were added to the catalogue created earlier.
