Purpose of the research - to study nonlinear optical effects in light-sensitive films, exciton spectra of thin films of MPbI3 type (M=Cs,Rb,К); development of optoelectronic methods for studying plastic deformation mechanisms in crystalline materials. Methods of the research - vacuum deposition of films, irradiation of the films by monochromatic light, spectroscopic, diffractional, and microscopic researches of morphology and structure. For the first time photoinduced dichroism in AgCl-Ag films was reproduced by depositing new AgCl film onto Ag (after AgCl removal). For the first time Ag structures were converted to AgI structures by iodination. Dichroism was shown to be associated with plasmon resonance in granules. Contribution of absorption and scattering to extinction was analyzed. Influence of substrate modes on structures in AgCl-Ag was studied. Leading out scintillations from gel compositions by Ag gratings reduces losses. Thin films of complex compounds (KI)1-x(PbI2)x, MPbI3 and M4PbI6 (M=Cs,Rb,K), CsPbCl3 and Cs4PbCl6, KPb2Cl5, (Cs1-xMx)4PbI6 (M=Rb,K), 0 х 1 were synthesized. Their absorption spectra were measured in spectral region of2-6 eV at temperatures 90-530 K. Exciton spectrum of compounds is treated on basis of electron transitions in Pb+ ion. Temperature dependence of spectral position and half-width Г(Т) of long-wave exciton band is determined by exciton-phonon interaction. Optoelectronic techniques were designed for, firstly, finding all the characteristics of substructural inhomogeneity of polycrystalline sample surface and their changes in situ during external influence, and secondly, laser technique for tracking appearance and development of dislocation slips, and for determining intensity, number of slip systems, slip direction, slip line bending etc. in situ during plastic deformation. A setup was designed and created for simultaneous use of both techniques. Results of the research are being used for further development of nonlinear optics of thin films, exciton theory of multicomponent compounds.
