Karazin popup.description2 The object of investigation - graphene, carbon nanotubes and semiconductor, layered superconductors. The goal of the work - construction of the collective excitations theory of nanosystems on curved surfaces with the superlattice and layered superconductor systems in the presence of a magnetic field. It allows to determine the properties of the electron energy spectrum of these systems and their characteristics necessary for the calculation of the spectra of electromagnetic, magnetoplasma, spin waves and zero sound. Method of investigation - temperature Green functions, functional methods, Keldysh method. Within the framework of the hydrodynamic approach the theory of plasma waves on the semiconductor nanotube surface with the longitudinal superlattice have been developed. Not only the longitudinal but also the transverse current of electrons have been taken into account. It is shown that along the tube with a one group of carriers there exists the optical and acoustic plasmons. The high-frequency conductivity tensor of electron gas on the surface of the nanotubes with superlattice were calculated. The oscillation of Aharonov-Bohm and de Haas-van Alphen type and the beats on the graph of conductivity depending on the parameters of the tube were predicted.The electron spin waves on the semiconductor nanotube surface with the superlattice in magnetic field have been considered. The spectra region of the collisionless wave's damping were found. It is shown that in the tubes of small radius the degenerate electron gas wave damping were absent. The theory of transition radiation of electromagnetic waves by electrons in layered superconductors was developed. The new types of transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM) waves of terahertz range, which propagates along the graphene layer in the photonic crystal were predicted. The effect of reduction of the coefficient of terahertz radiation passing through a periodically modulated plate layered superconductor had been predicted. The proposed competitive spectroscopy of atoms in photonic crystal fibers were proposed. The results of our project to contribute to the emergence of new areas of nanotechnology. Scientific investigation results in 30 articles (24 of them in journals with impact factor); section in the monograph published in the US; 1 monographs; 14 abstracts at international conferences, 1 textbook are published.
