The goal of research was to create the new breeding patterns and continue to study the previously created linseed breeding samples by economically valuable traits, the implement selection of the best samples on indicators by crop yields, seeds quality, homogeneity and distinctness. We used the experimental field, laboratory and analytical statistical (mathematical analysis) methods of research. It was established significant polymorphisms in the manifestation of the protein components in the variable regions and increased the degree of heterogeneity of the protein spectrum in a number of generations in the electrophoretic spectra of seed storage protein hybrid F2 and F3 reciprocal crosses contrasting patterns for the duration of the vegetation period. Over the period 2011-2015 was created a new, with high potential yields, origin linseed material by the technical direction, which combines high oil content, high levels of linolenic acid in the oil and the high weight of 1000 seeds, which is the contrast varieties for the duration of the vegetation period. The linseed variety by technical direction "ZaporIzkiy bogatir" which has the high weight of 1000 seeds (9.2 g) and higher rates of valuable economic traits was transferred to the state variety testing. The linseed variety by technical direction "Vogni Dniprogesu" was transferred to the state variety testing.
