Purpose - to increase the effectiveness of treatment and improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer through the development of new methods of neoadjuvant treatment. Methods and apparatus - clinical, morphological, radiological, statistical; mammography «Simens», ultrasound machine «Aloka», hagiographic setting is «Philips BV Pulsera», device «Mahniterm." Results of breast cancer patients treatment using standard and developed methods of neoadjuvant chemotherapy were analized. The analysis of these results indicates the advantages of the modified chemoradiotherapy and selective intra-arterial chemotherapy methodes compared to standard systemic chemotherapy. System-selective chemotherapy method was developed for inflammatory breast cancer. The advantage of this method was evaluated by the number of complete (6.6% of in the main, and 0% in the control group) and partial tumor regression (37.5% in the main and 25.4% in the control group) and the amount of progression (0 % in the main and 3,6 % in the control group). Radical surgery for more than а half of the patients in the main group were done using this method of treatment due to the high number of tumor regression. The method for treatment of locally advanced breast cancer patients using of neoadjuvant system-selective chemotherapy with mild hyperthermia promotes significant increase of objective tumor response (the number of complete and partial tumor regression cases has increased by 21.34% on the RECIST criteria). Using this technique leads to increased percentage of breast-conserving surgery by 11.59% and reconstructive surgery by 3.86%. The use of chemoradiotherapy in combination with radiomodifiers leads to a significant increase of positive tumor response cases as compared with the traditional chemoradiotherapy. In patients with breast cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy intraoperative sentinel lymph nodes detection may conduct (the efficiency of this method is 90%). Method of detection signal nodes prevents postoperative complications, reduces the treatment time, improves the quality of life of patients.
