A purpose is an individualization of exposure doses of the SRU subjects living on the territories of the raions affected by the Chernobyl disaster. Methods: radiation hygienic, mathematical modeling and programming, dosimetric. Results: It was fulfilled the analysis of SRU data that can be used to the dose individualization of the SRU subjects living in Narodychi, Olevsk, Dubrovytsa and Sarny raions. A set of criteria for the formation of the SRU subjects dose individualization subcohort have been developed. They were developed and substantiated the model of external and internal exposure individualized doses reconstruction (1986-2014) and the model of the thyroid gland exposure (1986). Parameters of the models of internal exposure from cesium are based on a general conclusion of the results of milk and WBC-monitoring which was carried out in the settlements of each raion in 1991-2014. Estimates of individualized doses for 118,776 SRU subjects were obtained. The draft of Guidelines was worked out.
