An objective is to significantly improve the quality of the WBC-measurements database conducted in 1986-2008 on Ukrainian radioactively contaminated territories. Methods are mathematical, dosimetric. Results: It was performed database revision of results of the measurements of cesium content in the body of residents of different regions of Ukraine, made in the 1986-2008 by using whole body counters (WBC). Primary WBC database 1986-2008 is included 1,222,273 records. A system of criteria for information completeness and quality in the fields of WBC database ("high quality", "quality" and "low quality "), as well as the credibility of measurement results depending on minimal detected activity (MDA) of the appliance and methodology ("highly credible", "credible" and "low credible") have been elaborated. It was created the revised WBC database. It consists of "high quality" and "highly credible" records of primary database in 1987-2008 and all records of primary database in 1986. Total number of revised database records is equal 708 032, which represents 59% of the primary WBC database. There were calculated internal exposure doses from radioactive cesium of Chernobyl origin. For measurements of 1986 they were used ecologic-dosimetric models for migration of radioactive cesium in the environment and models of cesium metabolism in the human body. For 1987-2008 it is assumed "equilibrium" radioactive cesium content in the body throughout the year.
