Monitoring of the background state of geospace in different regions of the globe. Techniques and equipment – the panoramic HF riometers were started to use for radio translucence of the ionosphere by radiation of discrete cosmic sources; the technique of time and frequency HF sounding of the global ionospheric irregularities of the ionosphere on the extra-long radio paths was developed; the original methods of calculations of the critical frequency of ionosphere using the frequency behavior of the Ionospheric Alfven resonator was implemented. Results and scientific novelty – New modern radio physical methods of remote monitoring of geospace were developed and implemented at the observatories of Ukraine, Arctic and Antarctic. The behavior of the three global electromagnetic resonators of the Earth was studied for the first time in the complete cycle of the 11-year solar activity.
