Description

Object of study - civil, administrative and commercial procedural relationships. The aim is to develop research on the basis of legislation of Ukraine, international acts of judicial practice and legal doctrine directions and methods of the civil, economic and administrative (non-criminal, tsivilisticheskoy) in the context of proceedings to bring them into line with the European Convention on Human Rights. Expected scientific result will formulate proposals to applicable law and practice that will help you make the most sales in non-criminal proceedings Ukrainian requirements of the European Convention on Human Rights concerning justice. The results of this study will contribute to lawmaking activity of state bodies of Ukraine, local law enforcement jurisdictions, further reform of the judiciary and the judicial system in Ukraine.
