Within an electron-deformation model the influence of periodic deformation on the energy spectrum of electron and hole in InAs/GaAs heterostructure with InAs quantum dots is investigated. The theoretical model of process of frequency modulation of radiation at recombination transition between the ground states of electron and hole in InAs/GaAs heterostructure with InAs/GaAs quantum dots by means of an acoustic wave is constructed. Character of dependence of amplitude of frequency modulation from frequency of an acoustic wave is established.
