Experimental and theoretical reasoning of electrical parameters of obtained thin films based on organic compounds polycrystalline class biphenyl derivatives, acridine and phthalocyanines were held. Criteria for the selection of materials for the creation of the basis element base of optoelectronics devices was established. The basis technologies for optoelectronic elements of multifunction infrared detectors based on organic compounds were developed.
