The novelty of the research - the first time developed a national standard, which introduced the modern principles of the development of the section of engineering-technical measures of civil protection in the project documentation of objects, it is taken into account the special period, the state in the country at present time and European experience regarding the use of dual-purpose facilities during construction of objects. Result of research will be used during the drafting of task on design of engineering-technical measures of civil protection, development of these activities as a separate section of project documentation of construction (reconstruction, technical retooling) of objects. Application of the standard will ensure the development of appropriate level of complex of engineering-technical solutions aimed at securing the population and reducing the possible material losses from emergencies and hazards that could arise in the case of the realization of military operations or as a result of these actions, as well as the creation of urban conditions to ensure stable functioning of objects.
