Karazin popup.description2 The object of research - the physical processes of excitation, radiation and scattering of electromagnetic fields by dipole-slot structures including multi-element systems, in electrodynamic volumes with perfectly conducting and impedance boundaries. The project purpose is to build a physically well-posed problem models and improvement of numerical and analytical methods for solving the corresponding boundary value problems of electrodynamics, which are suitable for theoretical analysis of the physical properties of the excitation (radiation, scattering) fields and functional characteristics of single electric and magnetic radiators (thin impedance vibrators, generally with irregular geometric and electrical parameters and arbitrary located feed point, and narrow slots) and also their multi-element systems and combined magnetic-electric structures which located in different electrodynamic volumes, in particular those having impedance boundaries. The work contains the results of comprehensive (theoretical and experimental) researches on revealing new physical laws governing the formation of the space-energetic, spatial-temporal, frequency and polarization characteristics of the electromagnetic fields in all zones of radiation by combined magnetic-electric radiating structures in electrodynamic volumes with perfect conducting and impedance boundaries. Scientific novelty consists in the development and modification of mathematical-based rigorous electrodynamic methods of solving the corresponding boundary problems, in the development of highly effective physical-mathematical models, methods and algorithms for calculations of the characteristics of radiators which are effective for use in CAD systems, which is the basis for the improvement and further development of the newest element base of antenna-waveguide devices of metric wave, microwave and millimeter-wave bands, and for the creation of new or significantly improve the performance of existing radio and electronic devices for different applications.
