Purpose of the work: to create the rational reinforced concrete industrial precast-monolithic structural system 16-storey building of affordable dwelling on the basis of kinematic design method of bearing capacity of its elements. The results obtainedduring the implementation of this work have a greatsocial importance because they can solve one of the most pressing social and economic problem - satisfy housing demand among people from low-income groups; using the development results will increase the number of floors from 9 to 24. During the implementation of this work, technical specifications for producing precast concrete structures for industrial Uncapital Ungirder Frame Structurewere pr?cised for the purpose of legalization construction of buildings on the new technology. Uncapital Ungirder Frame Structure for affordable housing was advanced to industrial level, according to calculations it has every reason to confirm such social and economic indicators: period of buildings construction will be reduced by half; in comparison with the traditional systems of buildings cost of 1 m2 of housing will be reduced by 40 percent; labour-intensiveness of building activity and energy intensity of engineering processes will be reduced no less than 30 percent.The results of research, carried out in this work, satisfy the modern world requirements in the building industry.
