Purpose of the work is revelation of new regularities and effects in films and their compositions. Research methods are X-ray diffraction, electron microscopy, methods of measurement of magnetic, electrical, and magnetic properties, etc. New phenomena are investigated: photoluminescence of quantum dots based on dislocational nanonets PbS/PbSe /(001) KCl; particularities of temperature dependence of magnetization system [Co(0.8nm/Cu]20; the effect of dimensional, compositional and structural factors on magnetic, magneto-rezonance characteristics of nanostructured films and materials; the ferroprobes based on multi-layer films of registering small fields to 5 10-8 E are created; the regularities of film growth with ionic and molecular beams C60; the regularities of oxide growth onto a surface of IV and V metal Group for biocompatible coatings are established; the theory of heat fluctuations, resulting in mesoscopic conductors with many contacts under the influence of time-dependent perturbations is developed.
