Used tactics of combined treatment using surgery, rentgensurgical, laser and sclerotic techniques made it possible to expand the indications for surgical treatment of stem forms of congenital vascular malformations of extremities and achieve immediate satisfactory results from 40 patients (88,9%) patients with arterivenous macrofistulas and 10 (38,5%) with venous forms of congenital vascular malformations.
