Description

Object of study: varieties and hybrids of winter triticale, wheat-triticale hybrids and dihaploid lines. Objective. Based on biotechnological and traditional approaches to create and to select promising breeding material. Methods: field and laboratory. Results. From hybrid material a number dihaploid recombinant lines were obtained an analyzed by marker alleles. Using selective system with low molecular weight mannitol, efficiency of cell line selection to identify triticale forms for resistance to osmotic stress is established. In 2014 of winter triticale variety Obriy Myronivs'kyi has been included to the State Register of Plants. In 2015 winter triticale variety Myrolan was submitted to the State strain testing of Ukraine. As a result of comprehensive study in the competitive strain testing three the best lines are being prepared to transfer to the SST in 2016. Field of use: grain production.
