Work aim is to determine the lows for creation of strength carbonizates and activated samples from blends of low rank coal and cokechemical wastes , to detect their physical-chemical properties. Research methods: thermolysis and activation of coal and its blends with cokechemical wastes, mechanic strenth determination, nitrogen adsorption. It was established the effect of type of CCW on an increase in streanth of carbonizates from blends of low rank coal and cokechemical wastes Maximal influence was obseved at using coking coal tar for temperature interval (450-700 0С), when strength index changes from 67% (for carbonizate of initial coal) to 91-95% for blending samples. By means wapour activation it was revealed maximal reactive carbonizates from blends of low rank coal with acidic tar, resuded coke , fuses and coking coal tar. Maximal surface was obtained for blends of coal and acidic tar (250 м2/g). Is was studied an ability of D coal to alkaline activation The coal demonstrates comparable with brown activated coal ability to create hight porous material (SBET = 1500 м2/g). Was estimated the part of subnanoporous (to 67% from total porosity) of activated carbon from Д coal.
