Electrical discharge regimes and parameters, providing a fine disintegration of lignite required for leaching the humic substances and obtaining sedimentation-stable water-coal suspensions are revealed as a result of an experimental study using the laboratory equipment. Created prototype of the suspension is used to fabricate humic fertilizers.
