The aim of this step is to establish the characteristics of the formation of electrical discharge and connection between parameters of HVED processing and dispersion and phase composition of the obtained powders. Dependency of plasma formations distribution in the volume of discharge chamber on the dispercity of processed powder was established as a result of disperse system "kerosene - Ti powder" HVED treatment physical processes modeling. Peculiarities of chemical transformations in organic liquid, which contain initial powders, during HVED treatment were found. Regularities of spatial distribution of disperse particles in working liquid depending on solid phase particles size and chemical composition were theoretically determined. Cyclic recurrence of pulses during HVED treatment of powders considering their dispercity was found. The impact of pulse repetition frequency on efficiency of HVED treatment was experimentally confirmed. The relation between specific treatment energy (by mass) and dispercity and phase composition of powder blend, obtained by HVED treatment, was experimentally determined.
